  • Premium subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected

  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

6. Fair Use Policy

Certain AI-powered features, including but not limited to AI Subtitles, AI Inference, Sentence Mining, and AI List Generation, rely on third-party services that incur per-use costs. To ensure a reliable experience for all users, these features are subject to fair use limits:

  • Usage caps (daily or monthly) apply to AI-powered features on all subscription tiers. Specific limits per feature and tier are displayed in the feature comparison table on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
  • Basic tier users have access to a limited set of AI features with daily usage caps.
  • Pro and Backer tier users receive significantly higher allowances for AI features. These allowances reset at the beginning of each day or billing cycle depending on the feature.
  • When your usage allowance is reached, the affected feature will be temporarily unavailable until the next reset period.
  • Core features such as dual subtitles, bookmarks, translations, and text-to-speech are not subject to these limits and remain available without restriction.

We reserve the right to adjust fair use limits to maintain service quality. Users will be notified of any significant changes to these limits.

7. Intellectual Property

  • FluentAI retains all rights to the Service and its content
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
  • Your user-generated content remains your property
  • You grant us license to use your content to provide the Service

8. Third-Party Services

  • We may integrate with third-party services
  • Use of third-party services is subject to their terms
  • We are not responsible for third-party services
  • You use third-party services at your own risk

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Service is provided "as is"
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We are not responsible for translation accuracy
  • Results may vary based on individual usage
