We want you to feel confident trying FluentAI. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for paid subscriptions and lifetime purchases made through FluentAI.
2. Eligibility Window
- Monthly, yearly, and lifetime purchases made directly through FluentAI may be eligible for a refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- Refund requests submitted after 14 calendar days are generally not eligible unless required by applicable law.
3. Renewals and Repeat Charges
- Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable once the renewal charge has been processed.
- To avoid future charges, you can cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date.
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for charges that have already been processed.
4. Usage-Based Exceptions
Because some FluentAI features rely on third-party AI services that create usage-based costs, we may decline refund requests where a substantial amount of paid usage has already been consumed.
Examples of substantial usage may include:
- Heavy use of AI-powered subtitle generation or inference features
- Extensive generation of AI-assisted study materials
- Other unusually high-cost usage shortly after purchase
5. Purchases Through Third Parties
- If you purchased FluentAI through a third-party platform, marketplace, or app store, your refund request may need to be handled directly through that provider.
- In those cases, the third party's billing and refund terms will control the outcome.
6. How to Request a Refund

- The email address associated with your account
- The date of purchase
- The payment receipt or invoice, if available
- A short explanation of the issue
We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days.
7. Chargebacks
